 What if we knew someone’s red flags before we swiped right?

I feel like almost everyone who has used a dating app has wished for that at some point. So I started wondering what dating would look like if people were encouraged to be honest about their flaws upfront instead of hiding them.

This led me to create a purely conceptual idea called Hinge: Red Flags 🚩

It’s a feature that lets users highlight their red flags directly on their profile, making it easier to embrace imperfections and match with people who actually understand them. And if Hinge is the dating app designed to be deleted, then maybe showing our red flags helps people delete it a little faster.












I posted the idea to Linkedin and we all agreed this idea needs to come to life...
